Acquired — Project has been purchased and is active.

Archived — Project is no longer active. Hidden from default view.
Use the Filter by Status dropdown to switch between views. Select All Projects to see everything at once.

BThe Base Case column uses the Price Per Sq.Ft. you enter directly.
++5.0% / +2.5% columns show results if the market performs better than expected.
−−2.5% through −10% columns show downside sensitivity.
Total Project Cost and its breakdown (Acquisition, Entitlement, Construction, Financing) are the same across all scenarios — only the revenue and profit change.
